We complete a routine inspection six weeks after a tenancy starts, then up to four times each year. You will receive a comprehensive report with photos so you can rest assured your property is being well maintained and any issues are addressed early. How often will the property be inspected?

How will I get paid? Rent is collected electronically and monitored daily. Funds are disbursed directly into your nominated account on a monthly basis, along with a detailed monthly statement showing income and expenses. You’ll also receive an end-of-financial-year summary to make tax time simple. What happens when a tenant vacates? At the end of a tenancy, we complete a detailed Property Condition Report and a Final Bond Inspection with photos. Any discrepancies are addressed promptly, and we manage the full bond disposal process to ensure your property is returned to its original standard.
