Here’s a simple checklist to follow so you’re ready for our next meeting:

A fully signed Management Authority

A copy of your own/strata building insurance policy

A copy of your landlord insurance policy

RCD & Smoke Alarm compliance certificate for your property

Security compliance certificate for your property

Any warranties and manuals you may have for the property

Any helpful hints (regularly used contractors, friendly neighbours, etc)

Professional steam cleaning of carpets, mattresses and soft furnishings (where applicable)

3x complete sets of keys/remotes

Alarm code (if applicable)

Mail re-direction set-up (if applicable)

Strata company details (if applicable)
