The development — put forward by applicant Planning Solutions — would convert 641 and 643 Wellington Street in Perth into an 18-storey mixed-use building, with commercial businesses on the ground level and student accommodation on floors two to 16. The ground floor would feature meeting rooms, a gym, bicycle bays and a cafe, whilst the top floor would include a study hub, communal kitchen, games room, plant room and dedicated cinema room.
